Initiate Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and technical specifications to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided RMA label clearly on the exterior of the shipping crate and dispatch the package via a tracked courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will perform a quality assurance check upon arrival, after which your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
